The League of Friends of Buckingham Hospital was formed in 1967 to fight the threatened closure of Buckingham Hospital. The objectives of the League are to support the work of the Hospital, its patients and staff, for which purpose we receive donations from individuals, businesses and clubs, almost all of which are local to Buckingham and the surrounding areas.
As well as fundraising to support Hospital facilities and amenities, the League promotes awareness of the services offered at Buckingham Hospital and the facilities available to local residents.
